The following are considered emergencies: No heat when outside temperature is below 40 degrees; No air conditioning when outside temperature is above 85; Roof leak damaging equipment, walls or floors; Sewer backup damaging equipment, walls or floors; Fire, smoke in premises, or gas smell (call 911 first). For non-urgent maintenance, requests, please submit a maintenance request here. Per the lease agreement, the cost of any repairs for which tenant is responsible shall be invoiced to the tenant.
